Toshiba UK has rolled out the new Satellite U500-1EX that comes equipped with a 13.3-inch multitouch touchscreen runs at 1280 x 800 resolution. Weighing 2.15Kg, the laptop is powered by a 2.13GHz Intel Core i3-330 processor with a 3MB cache, a 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 320GB hard drive. Other features include 802.11b/g/n WiFi, LAN, Bluetooth 2.1, a DVD writer, a 5-in-1 card reader, HDMI-out, two USB ports and an eSATA/USB port.
